Our Girls AAU program was started in 2021 and is quickly growing! We offer teams for 4th to 7th grade and play within North Jersey. Many of our girls have stuck together for 3 years and we are becoming increasingly more competitive! 

 

All teams practice at least 2x per week during the fall, winter, spring and summer seasons. We place a major emphasis on individual skill development and learning advanced team concepts such as movement and spacing. All our teams play man-to-man defense, with players learning to communicate and think on their feet from a young age.
